Several smaller pets can now Perch on their owner's shoulder! Right click the pet to perch it and then press the new Dismount / Unperch Key (while not mounted) to unperch the pet.
Added a new Dismount / Unperch Key which is bound to C by default, sneaking (shift) will no longer dismount and is now used to fly/swim down on mounts so no more accidental falling deaths from flying mounts!
The Beastiary will now display if creatures can be ridden as Mounts or can Perch on their owner's shoulder.

The Astaroth Claw Equipment Part can now rapid fire Devilstars, this replaces the Devilstar Scepter and is much more effective.
Striders can now be used as mounts with a pickup ability and if they pickup another pet/mount they will apply water breathing to it, useful for transporting pets underwater.
Fixed a random crash when assessing melee attack range.
Fixed a bug where mob light level checks were still reporting back incorrect levels due to 1.14.4 changes, this should stop mobs that should spawn in the dark only from spawning in lit up areas.
Fixed a bug with water pathing which was causing all water-based creatures to not move at all.
Kobolds numbers have been too high on servers, this is due to them not despawning if they have items in their inventory, in order to save performance I've disabled this feature so they will now despawn naturally despite holding stolen items.
Added a config option to disable block particles from mobs and projectiles, this is useful when using other mods that create 3D block particles as it can cause a lot of lag.
Several creature jsons now have the additional "perchable" property added, if any of these are not loading default then perching will be disabled by default: Roc, Raiko, Darkling, Kobold, Wraamon, Herma, Afrit, Arix, Aglebemu, Abaia and Abtu, so be sure to reset these or add "perchable": true to them.
Many equipment jsons have had their defaults changed (see Balancing) so if any are not loading defaults you may want to reset them or look into the changes made.
Lycanites Mobs projectiles fired by players or pets/mounts/minions will now go through friendly targets.
Ember projectiles (fired by Cinders and the Cinderblade) now have half their velocity but their lifetime doubled to make for a smoother fire effect without changing damage rates, backported from 1.14.4.
Removed the Devilstar Scepter.
Dungeon Generation is fractured, the Dungeons do generate but with missing chunks as other WorldGen cuts through it, this is because they are generating as Features instead of Structures, this is temporary and will be fixed one Structure WorldGen is working.
Fluids (Ooze, Pure Lava, etc) are not added back yet.
Improved the way that damage taken is calculated.
Drastically increased the effectiveness of Pet Armor.
Boosted the damage of Equipment Parts that don't have any or much sweeping range in order to make them competitive for single target damage instead.
Fixed a bug where mobs were attacking some dungeon bosses.
Fixed a bug where mounts and pets were attacking other pets or players in cases even though their pvp setting was disabled.
Fixed a bug where Aegis were attacking tamed mobs on sight.
Fixed a bug where a creature's armor attribute was completely ignored and only pet armor was applied.
Fixed a bug where projectiles were moving slow underwater (non-water projectiles are instantly destroyed by water).
Fixed a bug with several Equipment Parts where effects of different strengths were listed multiple times.
Fixed a bug where Equipment Parts and other modded weapons/tools were not having their type assessed correctly by mobs weak to tools such as Geonachs being weak to Pickaxes.
Improved the ore and gem spawner block type detection to better support other mods, this guarentees that (excluding coal) ore blocks that drop blocks will trigger the ore spawner (Geonachs) and ore blocks that drop items will trigger the gem spawner (Vapulas).
Made a change to possibly improve compatibility with mods that scale mob health.
Fixed Rocs not dropping Creepers correctly or getting stuck when holding Creepers.
Trolls will now correctly use a ranged attack again.
