Update: Temple Guardians - Version 1.20.2.3 for Minecraft 1.12.2

Config Reset Version:

1.17.3.2 (Configs made before this version will be reset by this update.)

Major Fixes:

Fixed a crash when starting up with Thaumcraft (I borked the integration load order, still new to it).

Fixed a normals issue with older mob models, for some reason the obj rendering cleanup doesn't handle the older obj files well causing their normals to be incorrect which makes several models look dark and unshaded.

Config Changes:

Added two new config options to set the minimum and maximum random size scales of creatures that have spawned for the first time. By default it is 0.85 to 1.15 (give or take 15%).
