New Features:

New Spawn Trigger Added: Explosions, for custom spawners and future use... ;)

Added held item checks to the Player Spawn Condition which means Spawners can/can't trigger for players depending on what they are/aren't holding. See the Spawners page for more information.

Balancing:

By default, mob events give up to 9 random additional levels instead of 10 (so initially mobs will range from level 1 to 10 rather tan 1 to 11).

Minor Fixes:

Mob Event Tick Triggers now have a default chance of 1 (100%).
