New Features:

This is a back port of 1.16.2.2 for 1.11.2, see that update for update notes.

There is no FISHING Spawn Type in this version for 1.10.2 as it uses the Forge Fished Event added in Forge for 1.11.2, I might look for a way to implement it in 1.10.2.
