Hotfix B:
Fixed a crash caused by Hellfire.
New Forest Mob Added: Shambler
Reduced the attack power and speed of Ents and Trents slightly.
Added Potion Effects ID override and a way to completely disable them if needed.
Fixed Dungeon Spawner Weights and added Global Dungeon Spawner Weight Scale.
Fixed Cinders spawning in solid blocks.
I've also updated Lycanites Mobs for 1.6.4 to 1.5.1c with some of these bug fixes.
