Update: Whirlpool - Version 1.16.2.3 for Minecraft 1.11.2

Config Reset Version:

1.14.2.2 (Configs made before this version will be reset by this update.)

Major Fixes:

Summoned Trolls should now obey their master and have their missing language files added.

Fixed a crash caused by accessing a Summoning Pedestal before it has synced its data to the player.

Config Changes:

Added new config option to disable flying mounts.

Minor Fixes:

Fixed a bug where boss health bars weren't showing most of the time.

Removed the non-applicable stats information from Scepter tooltips.

Summoning Pedestals will show show blue blocks if owned by a player, I'm looking for a way to make them green if the client player owns it.

Fixed the texture offset of the Summoning Portal created from Staves and Pedestals.
