Greatly improved the spawning system again! The default rates are pretty good now.
Dwellers have decided that they only like murky waters from now are and so by default only spawn in Swamps. Future Freshwater mobs will inhabit rivers and lakes later on.
Cinders no longer spawn as AMBIENT mobs, that was a terrible idea! Instead they now spawn as FIRE mobs, this uses a new spawning system unique to this mod that tries to spawn Cinders from fire blocks that players are around. This is highly configurable in the global config. I will be extending this system later to work with various blocks rather than just fire. This can be disabled if needed of course.
Aspids will now run away when attacked instead of fighting back, it makes them easier to farm and also makes more sense naturally as they would use their poison gas to escape and use as a weapon instead of biting.
